The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was beautiful with excellent service from the doorman and concierge. The breakfast, although a bit expensive, was of a high standard. The location was convenient, with nice small restaurants nearby and the San Li Tun area within walking distance. The recent renovation added to the overall pleasure of staying here.

We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it as a comfortable place while in the city, with breakfast costing cny 100 per person per day.

Good value for money: very nice hotel surrounded by lots of restaurants, shops & markets, close to taxis, buses and underground (express airport train is at only one underground stop from Asia hotel). Great buffet breakfast, excellent staff, good facilities (conference rooms, fitness, swimming pool). Beautiful garden. The purpose of this night was for leasure but I stayed there late August a couple of weeks because of a diplomatic conference.

The obvious like is the location. The hotel is 5 stars but it is old. You can see that in the facilities and in the room.

The concierge service was not helpful. The furniture is old and very over used.

My Easter weekend was amazing, as I stayed in this hotel in Beijing. The location was spot on, just a few steps away from the subway, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering complementary maps and bottled water upon arrival. The room was cozy and clean, with wonderful amenities and a beautiful view of the city. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and filling, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste.

It was slow and often disconnected, making it difficult to stay connected with friends and family. Additionally, the pillows provided were uncomfortable and resulted in poor quality sleep.

Front desk staff lacked English language skills, making communication difficult. the hotel felt outdated and could use some renovations.

the restaurant had limited options, which was a downside for us.
